1. Remote Technical Support
When customers need technical support, Degao will provide remote technical support through the Internet, telephones and other tools at first time, to help customers recognize, analyze and solve problems and enable them to enjoy convenient and fast remote services, thus ensuring smooth debugging of equipment and efficient production of feeds.

2. Field Service
If the problems of customers in the process of mounting and debugging equipment cannot be solved by remote technologies, Degao will assign professional technical engineers to customer sites, to assist customers in solving technical problems, thus inputting mechanical equipment into production quickly.

3. Accessory Service
Degao will record and file every batch of sent cargos including equipment quantity and specific technical parameters. Therefore, Degao can provide accessories with accurate models and supply goods quickly when customers need to substitute and replace accessories in the later period.
